Music Top Otters, 3-0, Behind Goff
|
Behind an impressive start by Adrian Goff, Memphis beat Tulsa, 3-0. The win makes Memphis 7-19, nothing to write home about.
Goff, a native of Anaheim, California, was dealing all game. He kept Tulsa hitters off-balance, while giving the Music 8 quality innings. Goff threw 95 pitches, allowing 5 hits and striking out 6.
"Enjoyed this one," Goff told the Memphis Daily News. "But it's back to work tomorrow."
