Though he had a stellar game, Matt Davis could not prevent his team, the Las Vegas Flamingos, from losing, 7-5, to the Buffalo White Walkers. Davis was 2 for 3 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Getting the save was Tony Hurtado, his 1st. The 5th-place White Walkers hiked their record to 14-12.

Buffalo relied on the hitting of Keith Bullock to pick up the win. The center fielder ripped a 2-run triple in the top of the fifth inning to put the White Walkers on top, 7-5. For the game, Bullock had 1 triple and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

"You know, at the end of the day, it's about who scores the most runs," said Buffalo manager Chris Lau.
