Flanderses Pull Out Late-Game Win, 4-3
The Hudsonville Flanderses picked up a win at Hudsonville Park, knocking off the Plattsburgh Puffer Fish, 4-3. On the mound for Hudsonville was right-hander Simak Vehuny. He played a key role in the triumph. Hudsonville is now 14-15.

The defining moment came in the bottom of the ninth for Hudsonville. That's when Sonny O'Mulrooney hit a solo home run off 19-year old left-handed pitcher Pedro Moya to win the game. The home crowd went wild.

"Nice win," said O'Mulrooney. "Not sure what else you want me to say."
