The fans at Ballpark of Albuquerque witnessed quite a game.

In a tight contest between the Germantown Uruguayans and the Fort Knox Centennial, Cai-fei Teng was the determining factor. The Germantown right-hander sparkled in his team's 2-1 win. Germantown is now 17-13.

In the bottom of the ninth, with two out and the game tied, 1-1, 20-year old catcher Dan Smith won it for Germantown. With runners on 1st and 2nd, Smith hit a 0-1 slider from Chad Morris for a run-scoring single, giving his team the 2-1 win.

"Both teams played hard," said Germantown manager Jamie Scott.
