The 2061 season is getting uglier for Crowley.

Flanderses left fielder Lau-po Ge put his stamp on his team's 6-3 win over the Crowley Cajuns. Ge was 2 for 3 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 and driving in 2 for Hudsonville in the contest. Fa-tang Xiong got the win, improving to 3-2. He pitched 7 innings, giving up 6 hits and 3 runs, while striking out 3 and walking 4. Yi-da Gui earned the save for Hudsonville.

Hudsonville used the clutch hitting of Terry Heathcote to snag the win. The first baseman drilled a 2-run home run in the top of the seventh inning to put the Flanderses ahead, 5-3. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a crucial one.

"It's nice to deliver when your team's counting on you," said Ge.

The losses continue to mount for Crowley, which has now dropped 6 in a row.
