Cajuns Earn 5-2 Home Win
|
The Crowley Cajuns got a strong performance from pitcher Jaicus Agraan, who stymied the Tulsa offense en route to a win, 5-2, at Titans Ballpark. Jason Carroll earned his 5th save, after closing out the game. The win elevated the Cajuns to 21-13.
David Forest dealt the Otters a blow in the bottom of the sixth. Batting with the bases loaded and Crowley leading 3-2, Forest, who is tied for 2nd in the PA- in triples with 3, hit a 2-2 cutter for a run-scoring single.
"I think it speaks for itself, I think we came out and we played our kind of baseball," said Agraan.
