Patriots Take Tight Tilt
Boston got an elite performance from starting pitcher Jim Everhart in securing a 2-1 decision over the Hollywood Shredders. The Shredders drop to 5-9.

The Patriots got a big at-bat from shortstop Jing-quo Au-Yong. For the game, Au-Yong was 1 for 3 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the fifth, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 3rd home run of the season gave Boston a 2-0 lead.

"We found a way to get it done," Au-Yong said.
