Nebraska Aquarium was the site for USPL Low A action featuring the Crowley Cajuns and Ogallala Octopi.

Getting an impressive start from Bill Robinson, Ogallala beat Crowley by the score of 3-0. The winning pitcher was Robinson, now 3-3. He tossed 7.1 innings of 5-hit ball, while walking 1 and fanning 6. Rhys Buggins was credited with the save for Ogallala, his 4th of the season.

Had Wei-fang Ping not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the seventh, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and the bases loaded, Ping hit a 2-run single. That made the score 2-0, in favor of the Octopi.

"Bill just went about his business, throwing strikes," said Ogallala manager Félix Cruz.

The third-place Octopi are 20-19.
