Northwest Territory beat Plattsburgh at Plattsburgh Park, eking out a 5-4 win. The win was due in large part to left fielder Dane Luck. He went 2 for 4 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Picking up the save was Greg Thomas, his 1st. Northwest Territory is now 16-28. Plattsburgh is 24-20.

Northwest Territory used the timely hitting of Sammy Badgett to seize the win. The center fielder stroked a 2-run single in the top of the eighth inning to put the Beavers on top, 5-4. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"It feels good to get this one," Badgett told the Northwest Territory Chronicle.
