Tijuana Gets Another L
|
Neil Snow pitched a gem to lead Hudsonville to victory over the Tijuana Toros, 5-1. Tijuana has now lost 19 straight.
Michael Woods had a big 2-run double for the Flanderses in the bottom of the third inning. With Hudsonville leading 1-0 and the bases loaded, he got a sinker from Charles Reeves, who is tied for 8th in the PA- in strikeouts with 57, and swatted a double to center. It was his 8th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Flanderses ahead, 3-0.
"No one likes losing," said Tijuana manager . "But we'll turn this thing around."
