Northwest Territory Beavers starter Jorge Flores turned in an exceptional performance against the Germantown Uruguayans at Ballpark of Albuquerque, resulting in a Northwest Territory win, 2-1. Picking up his 14th save was 21-year old right-handed pitcher Darryl Brady. Today's win puts Northwest Territory at 35-18, while Germantown falls to 26-27.

Northwest Territory used a well-timed hit by Octávio Gutiérrez to capture the win. The first baseman socked a 2-run double in the top of the first inning to put the Beavers ahead, 2-0. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.

"My job is to go out and execute," said Flores.
