Octopi Win with Late Heroics
Nebraska Aquarium was the site of quite a ballgame.

The Ogallala Octopi did just enough to secure a victory over the Flint Crush, 2-1, in 10 innings at Nebraska Aquarium. Nobody did more than pitcher Rick Hartsfield. Ogallala pitcher Brenden Pilgrim got the win, upping his record to 2-2. Brandon Mitchell got the loss.

A defensive lapse proved costly in the contest. With the game tied in the bottom of the tenth, an error by the Crush allowed the Octopi to score the winning run.

"The crowd was boisterous today," said Sánchez.

Ogallala has a record of 20-37, placing them 9th in the Premier Low A.
