The Memphis Music had to overcome a fine effort from Fort Knox pitcher Joe Blamey to win, 3-2, in 10 innings at The Stage in Memphis. Blamey went 6 innings and allowed 2 runs. Memphis is 7th in the Premier Low A with a record of 27-32.

The Music nabbed the win, in part because of left fielder Gerald Cooper. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered the game-winning run-scoring single.

"Our team showed some resilience," said Cooper.
