Rhinos Suffer 6-2 Loss to Warheads
The Amarillo Warheads got a stellar effort from pitcher Kicham Sassi, helping Amarillo score a win over the visiting Redwood Rhinos, 6-2. In 7 innings, Sassi surrendered 4 hits, while striking out 10 and walking 2. He allowed 2 runs. The Warheads saw their win-loss record go to 37-23. At the same time, the Rhinos fell to 27-33.

The Warheads got an important contribution from right fielder Mitch Swing, who in the bottom of the second hit a curveball to right for a 2-run double. It was his 14th double of the season and put the Warheads ahead, 4-0.
