Hudsonville second baseman Dave Scott had a 3-RBI performance, which helped his team down the Plattsburgh Puffer Fish, 4-1. The Flanderses saw their win-loss record go to 38-25. At the same time, the Puffer Fish fell to 35-28.
In the bottom of the fifth, with the game tied, Plattsburgh allowed the Flanderses to go up, 2-1, on a Plattsburgh error.
"It was a tough night at the plate," said Plattsburgh manager Mike Carlisle.
