Getting offensive support from Thepfall Oftroy, the Maine Sea Dogs topped the Bethlehem Angel Kitties, 5-1. Oftroy was 2 for 4 with a home run, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2 for the Sea Dogs. The win puts Maine at 1-1.

The Sea Dogs got a big hit from left fielder Albert Wilson. In the top of the sixth, Wilson smacked a 2-run double off Bethlehem pitcher Darryl Nixon. It was his 2nd double of the season. Suddenly, the Sea Dogs were ahead, 2-1.

"Being able to play a game for a living is one thing. Being able to play it well and contribute to a win is even better," Oftroy told the Maine Daily.
