The Fort Knox Centennial topped the Northwest Territory Beavers, 5-3, at Ballpark of Baxter. Fort Knox catcher Kyung-chor Sip was a spark plug for the offense. He went 1-3 with a home run, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. Jody Ross sewed up the save, his 14th. The Centennial have a winning streak of 6 games.

Sip broke a deadlock in the bottom of the eighth inning, when he hit a sacrifice fly, putting Fort Knox up, 4-3.

"I'm trying to see the ball big, see the ball up in the zone and put the barrel on it," Sip told the Fort Knox Daily News.
