Fort Knox Rallies for 6-3 Victory
The Fort Knox Centennial defeated the Tijuana Toros, 6-3, in USPL Low A action at Toros Ballpark. Fort Knox pitcher Ed Dodman had a standout performance. In 8 innings, Dodman surrendered 8 hits, while striking out 8 and walking 0. He allowed 3 runs. The save went to Jody Ross, his 7th this season.

Fort Knox used a clutch hit from Manuel Aguilar to get the win. The pinch hitter drilled a 3-run home run in the top of the ninth inning to put the Centennial ahead, 6-3. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a game-changer.

"We're stringing together some nice wins," said Fort Knox manager Michael Malloy.

Fort Knox now sports a record of 42-30.
