The Germantown Uruguayans beat the Tulsa Otters, 5-4, at Ballpark of Hughesville. Juan García, in particular, was impressive. He went 1 for 2 with a home run and 2 walks. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Randy Howard earned the save for Germantown, his 6th. Germantown is now 36-36. Tulsa is 36-36.
Mark Blankenship broke a 3-3 tie in the top of the third with a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It put the Uruguayans in front, 4-3. For the game, Blankenship drew 1 walk.
