|
George Betchley pitched a gem to lead Hudsonville to victory over the Redwood Rhinos, 4-1. Cristóbal González closed the game out for Hudsonville, earning his 6th save. The Flanderses bumped their record to 43-31 with this win.
Lau-po Ge, who is tied for 7th in the PA- in home runs with 10, contributed to the Hudsonville win with a 2-run home run in the bottom of the third. For the game, the right fielder had 2 hits in 2 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 3 runs batted in.
"We're a talented bunch when we're playing well," said Betchley. "I think we showed that here."
