Uruguayans Earn Late Win
The Germantown Uruguayans picked up a win at Ballpark of Albuquerque, topping the Northwest Territory Beavers, 4-3. On the mound for Germantown was right-hander Tim George. He played a principal role in the triumph. The win went to Adam White in relief, making him now 2-1. Héctor Silva took the loss for Northwest Territory. The 7th-place Uruguayans have won 4 straight.

Rafael Chávez was the walk-off hero for Germantown. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Uruguayans second baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"We're playing like we're capable of," said Germantown manager Greg Dixon.
