Sea Dogs Walk It Off for 2nd Win of Season
The home team gave the crowd some walk-off drama.

The Flint Crush got a superb performance from pitcher Al Casey, but the Maine Sea Dogs still won the game, 3-2. Casey threw 6.1 innings of 4-hit ball. Maine reliever Jeff Robinson picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Adam Magruder took the loss.

Carol Kleijwegt was the walk-off hero for Maine. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Sea Dogs designated hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"The crowd was juiced," said Kleijwegt.

Maine goes to 2-1.
