Cajuns Beat Fort Knox, 3-2

Crowley picked up a win at Ballpark of Baxter, bumping off the Fort Knox Centennial, 3-2. Pitcher Robbie Stanley was a major reason the Cajuns emerged victorious. Crowley pitcher Roberto Ramírez got the win, upping his record to 3-0. Jerry Pate got the loss. Dae-hwan Park earned the save for Crowley, his 11th of the year.
Crowley used the timely hitting of Miguel Ramírez to seize the win. The pinch hitter stroked a 2-run single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Cajuns on top, 3-2. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a game-changer.
"I like the grit of this ballclub," Stanley said.
The Premier Low A-leading Cajuns are 53-26.
