The St. Louis Coeur knocked off the Montana Pandas, 7-2, in United States Silver League action at The BFIB. St. Louis pitcher and Chicago, Illinois, native Craig Lucas had an outstanding performance. The third-place Coeur have won 4 in a row.

The Coeur got a big at-bat from catcher Clayton Howell. For the game, Howell was 1 for 4 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the sixth, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 1st home run of the season gave St. Louis a 4-2 lead.

"Craig went out and did what we needed," said St. Louis manager Scott McMahon.
