A nice crowd turned out for a clash between the Crowley Cajuns and Athletic Club KC U-21.
Crowley starter Logan Mashiter had a strong outing against the Athletic Club KC U-21 at Ballpark of Elkhorn City. The left-hander was a big part of his team's 5-2 win. Crowley is third in the Premier Low A with a record of 50-30.
Crowley relied on the hitting of Domingo Gómez to pick up the win. The first baseman clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the fifth inning to put the Cajuns on top, 3-0. For the game, Gómez had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.
