The Hicksville Hounds faced a tough opponent in Crowley pitcher Miguel Romero, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Titans Ballpark by a final score of 5-4. Romero went 5.1 innings and allowed 3 runs. The winning pitcher was David Ramos. He's now 11-5. He went 5.2 innings, allowing 4 runs on 7 hits for the Hounds. Tom McClendon earned his 12th save in 12 chances.

José Muñóz had a key at-bat with two out in the top of the sixth for Hicksville. With runners on 2nd and 3rd and the Hounds leading 3-2, he hit a 2-run single.
