Tulsa Earns 1-0 Win
|
The Tulsa Otters got a magnificent effort from pitcher Ian Barnes, who kept Hudsonville hitters in check en route to a 1-0 Otters win at Hudsonville Park. Tulsa bumps their record to 37-46 with the win.
Tulsa used the timely hitting of Francisco Medina to seize the win. The left fielder stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Otters on top, 1-0. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a game-changer.
"What's not to like about a win?" said Barnes.
