Ogallala Octopi starter Jason Roy turned in a top-notch performance against the Bethlehem Angel Kitties at Nebraska Aquarium. The result was a win for the Octopi, 6-1. The win takes Ogallala to 2-2.

The Octopi got a big at-bat from left fielder Jun-soo Hwang. For the game, Hwang was 1 for 4 with a home run and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the first, with runners on 1st and 3rd, he stroked a 3-run home run. His 1st home run of the season gave Ogallala a 3-0 lead.

"Getting the win feels nice," said Hwang. "More importantly, I had a good game."
