The Crowley Cajuns racked up a win at Titans Ballpark, bumping off the Hicksville Hounds, 5-4, in 10 innings. Chris Fry, who started for Crowley, pitched effectively for his team. Crowley improves to 53-36 with the win. They lead their division by 2 games.

The defining moment came in the bottom of the tenth for Crowley. That's when Matt MacGruder hit a run-scoring double off 20-year old left-handed pitcher Dan Bozovic to win the game. The home crowd went wild.
