A 6-RBI performance from the 20-year old catcher Donnie Harris helped the Crowley Cajuns beat the Hicksville Hounds, 13-3. The first-place Cajuns, at 54-36, now lead their division by 2 games.

With Crowley leading 2-1 in the bottom of the fourth, David Forest hit a run-scoring single off Hicksville pitcher Tosya Yagudin. It put the Cajuns ahead 3-1.

"We got our butts kicked," said Hicksville manager Art Manning.
