The Shady Side Zoomies snuck past the Memphis Music, 5-4, in 10 innings. Shady Side designated hitter Donald López, in particular, had a standout performance. The winner was Shady Side reliever Milo Church, now 1-0. The loser was Giel van der Zande. After losing, Memphis is 2-3.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the tenth. With two out, López hit a sinker from Giel van der Zande for a run-scoring single. The Zoomies, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"It's great when the crowd gets into it," López said.
