Clutch Hitting Delivers Win for Crush
Behind a solid performance from designated hitter William White, the Flint Crush defeated the Plattsburgh Puffer Fish, 6-3. White went 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3 for the Crush. Rhys Singer earned the save for Flint. Plattsburgh is 2-3 after the defeat.

Had White not come through in the top of the ninth, who knows how the game would've ended? But with two down, White hit a 3-run home run. The Crush took the lead, 6-3, and never looked back.

White told the Flint Citizen: "I was born for the big stage."
