Red-Hot Otters Win Again
Despite a fine performance by left fielder Rafael Valentín, the Germantown Uruguayans lost to the Tulsa Otters, 6-4. Valentín was 2 for 5 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Bill Young was called on to finish, recording his 22nd save. Tulsa has now reeled off 8 straight wins.

In the top of the sixth, the Otters took the lead, 6-4, when 21-year old first baseman Eduardo Luján drew a walk, driving in 1 run.

"I feel like we're rolling now," Luján told the Tulsa Citizen."The dugout is coming alive."
