Crowley Cajuns starter Chris Fry pitched a strong game against the Germantown Uruguayans at Ballpark of Albuquerque, leading the Cajuns to victory, 5-3. The first-place Cajuns, at 58-36, lead the Premier Low A by 3 games.

Crowley took a 4-3 lead on Lance Morgan's 22nd double of the season. The run-scoring double, which Morgan hit in the top of the ninth, left Germantown pitcher Roberto Valdéz visibly frustrated.

"The division is still up for grabs, but I like our chances," Morgan told the Crowley Daily News.
