Getting an impressive start from Simak Vehuny, Hudsonville beat Germantown by the score of 2-1. Hudsonville, now 41-53, holds down 7th place in the Premier Low A.
The Flanderses got a clutch hit from center fielder Sonny O'Mulrooney. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Flanderses.
"Simak just went about his business, throwing strikes," said Hudsonville manager Teika Suto.
