Fans witnessed a whale of a game between the Hicksville Hounds and Fort Knox Centennial.

Starting pitcher Rubén Rodríguez gave the Hicksville Hounds a rock-solid effort. The Maracaibo, Venezuela native helped his team defeat the Fort Knox Centennial, 3-2, at Hound Pound. Dan Bozovic recorded the save, his 8th.

Helping the Hicksville cause was Robert Bryant. In the bottom of the third, the 19-year old left fielder had a run-scoring sacrifice fly to make the score 3-0, Hounds.

"Nice, tidy little win," Bryant said after the game.

The Hounds are now 38-58, while the Centennial fall to 55-41.
