Liberty U-21 Get Dramatic 7-6 Triumph
Ballpark of Liberty played host to some exciting baseball.

The 7-6 Philadelphia win over Watford City was due largely to Shannon Fowler. The Liberty U-21 right fielder was 3-4 with a home run, a double, and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 2. The loss drops Watford City to 1-5.

Batting in the bottom of the ninth, 21-year old right fielder Armando Madrid had a real shot to win the game. Watford City pitcher Poto Bagliani was determined not to let it happen. But with one out, Madrid hit a run-scoring single. The Liberty U-21 had a walk-off triumph.

"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Madrid.
