Bethlehem and Ladue duked it out and the Angel Kitties came out victorious.

The Bethlehem Angel Kitties downed the Ladue Rams, 7-4, at Ballpark of Wellsville. Mike Ruíz led the way, going 2-for-4 for Bethlehem. The win has Bethlehem at 4-6.

Bethlehem used a timely hit from Jason Nelson to get the win. The center fielder stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the ninth inning to put the Angel Kitties ahead, 5-4. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a difference-maker.

"Winning never gets dull," said Ruíz.
