Christian McFarland left his imprint on the 6-2 Shady Side win against the Amarillo Warheads. McFarland, who is tied for 7th in the SA- in total bases with 37, went 2-5 with a home run and a double. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. Robert Martin, the winner, improved to 2-1. He held Amarillo to 2 runs on 6 hits over 6 innings, while racking up 6 strikeouts. Mike Davis locked down his 1st save.

Shady Side grabbed the momentum in the top of the fifth, when McFarland hit a 2-run double off Julien Parmentier. His 4th double of the season put the Zoomies out in front, 4-2.
