John Joseph pitched well, but his team, the Watford City Trash Pandas, still dropped a 3-0 decision to the Bethlehem Angel Kitties at Kittie Park. Kisho Kato picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 1-0. John Joseph was tagged with the loss. Tom Humphrey earned save number 1 this season.
In the top of the seventh, Eiske Warmerdam stood in the box, looking for a pitch to hammer. The Trash Pandas were trailing 3-0, but had the bases loaded. That's when Tom Humphrey made a terrific pitch and Warmerdam grounded out. Gone was the dream of a Watford City comeback.
Bethlehem is now 11-10. Watford City is 9-12.
