Tijuana wasted an exceptional performance by pitcher Bryan Massey, falling to the Ellesmere Island Snowpeople, 4-0. Massey threw 7.0 innings of shutout ball for the losing team. At 11-10, Ellesmere Island is in 5th place in the Silver Low A.

Frank Douglas hit a 2-run double off Ramón Gonzago in the bottom of the eighth, which put the Snowpeople in front, 2-0. In addition to the double, Douglas had 1 single, while going 2 for 4.
