The Surprise Shockers picked up a win at Shockers Field, taking down the Capital Hill Interns, 6-5. Starting pitcher Horace Cooper was a big reason why. Carlos Balderas earned the save for Surprise, his 2nd of the year. The Shockers, at 10-12, sit in 6th place in the Silver Low A.

In the bottom of the fifth, Surprise first baseman Josh Molyneaux had a productive at-bat. With the bases loaded and one out, Molyneaux stroked a 2-run single to right. It made the score 5-2, Surprise. For the game, he went 2 for 4 with 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs.

"Feels good to get the job done," Molyneaux said after the game.
