Surprise Earns 2-1 Win
The Shockers faced a stiff challenge from Bethlehem pitcher Michael Campbell, but persevered to claim a win at Kittie Park. The final score was 2-1. Campbell went 9 innings and allowed 2 runs. Harlan MacKnight snagged the win in relief. The right-hander allowed no runs on no hits over 1.2 innings. He's now 2-2 on the season. Their 14-10 record puts the Shockers second in the Silver Low A.

Surprise used the clutch hitting of Henry Andrews to snag the win. The pinch hitter drilled a solo home run in the top of the ninth inning to put the Shockers ahead, 2-1. It was his lone hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a crucial one.
