Juan Fernández brought his A-game to help Amarillo defeat the Bethlehem Angel Kitties, 1-0. With the win, Amarillo pushed its record to 15-13.

The Warheads got a big at-bat from second baseman Monty Scott. For the game, Scott was 2 for 4 with a double. In the bottom of the third, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring double. His 10th double of the season gave Amarillo a 1-0 lead.

Scott told a Amarillo Chronicle reporter that he was "satisfied" with the win.
