Angel Kitties Rally to Eke Out Win
Ken'ichi Adachi was locked in. The right-hander led the Bethlehem Angel Kitties to a 2-1 win against the Amarillo Warheads at Ballpark of Henderson. John Reed earned save number 8 this season. Bethlehem is 13-16 and Amarillo, with the loss, 15-14.

Who knows how it would've ended, had it not been for Aleksandr Samorukov? The 20-year old center fielder Samorukov stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the 11th inning to put Bethlehem up, 2-1. For the game, he was 2 for 4, including 1 double and 1 single.
