Eager fans turned out for a matchup between the Surprise Shockers and Ogallala Octopi.

The Surprise Shockers downed the Ogallala Octopi, 4-1, at Nebraska Aquarium. Stellar pitching by Joseph O'Rourke had a lot to do with it. The right-hander, who is tied for 4th in the SA- with a 1.88 ERA, handcuffed his opponent all game. O'Rourke picked up the win for Surprise, going 7.1 innings. He gave up 1 run on 5 hits.
