The Amarillo Warheads topped the Flint Crush, 6-2, in USSL Low A action at Ballpark of Henderson. The standout performance belonged to Amarillo pitcher and Moka, Japan, native Otojiro Kozawa. Kozawa picked up the win for Amarillo, going 5.1 innings. He gave up 2 runs on 5 hits. He now sports a record of 3-5. The setback makes Flint 13-21.

The game hit a turning point in the bottom of the fifth inning, when the Warheads were trailing 2-1. Boyd Barnett delivered a two-out 2-run double for Amarillo, catapulting his team into the lead.
