Crush Win at Amarillo, 5-1

The Flint Crush knocked off the Amarillo Warheads, 5-1, in USSL Low A action at Ballpark of Henderson. Flint pitcher and New York, native Al Casey had an outstanding performance. The winner was Casey. He threw 6.0 innings of 4-hit ball. The loser was Matthew Hamm. Flint is now 14-21, while Amarillo is 14-21.
Chris Frank cracked a home run off Matthew Hamm in the top of the third. His 2-run blast put the Crush on top, 2-1. In all, Frank had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 5.
Casey called it "a solid win."
