Behind a fine performance from Jon Edwards, the Bethlehem Angel Kitties knocked off the Beaumont Crossbeaus, 5-2. Edwards was 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for the Angel Kitties. Nico van Halteren, the winning pitcher, improved to 3-3. He pitched 7 innings, giving up 7 hits and 2 runs, while striking out 5 and walking 4. John Reed, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 11th save.

Lanakila Putupu aided the Bethlehem cause with a run-scoring walk in the bottom of the fifth. For the game, the second baseman went 1 for 4 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once.
