The Plattsburgh Puffer Fish beat the Bompton Baby Lakers, 3-2. Plattsburgh starter George Hill pitched a gem. Hill, who is tied for 4th in the SA- in saves with 7, went the distance for Plattsburgh. He gave up 2 runs on 5 hits. The 4th-place Puffer Fish now have a record of 26-21.

Maija Meikäläinen was the walk-off hero for Plattsburgh. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Puffer Fish shortstop hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
