The Memphis Music picked up a win at Nebraska Aquarium, knocking off the Ogallala Octopi, 4-1. On the mound for Memphis was left-hander Matt Robinson. He played a key role in the triumph. Robinson got the win, improving to 4-3. He gave up 6 hits and walked 0 over 7 innings. He allowed 1 run. Getting the save was Raúl Moreno, his 3rd.
Memphis used the hitting of Jorge Ramírez to pick up the win. The first baseman clubbed a grand slam home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Music on top, 4-0. For the game, Ramírez had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
"Matt made his pitches," said Memphis manager Omar Casteneda.
