Rams Walk It Off for 2nd Win of Season

Ladue parlayed a decent outing from starter Joe Weber into a solid win over the North Ft. Myers Gators. The final score was 5-3. Ronnie Palmer snagged the win in relief. He goes to 2-0 on the season. Chris Pate suffered the loss. The loss puts North Ft. Myers at 3-2.
Ladue got a clutch hit from Roberto Maldonado. The left fielder launched a 3-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a kill shot.
"This place was jumping at the end," Weber said.
